Sharing the burden of sorrow

Every Saturday, they gather to share grief’s burden.

They talk about how life seems to be standing still, how they hate being asked ‘How are you?’ and how only someone who has been through what they have can understand the depth of their sorrow.

The assembly of mourners who lost spouses or children in last year’s Metrolink crash gather to talk, cry and try to make sense of their grief and anger about the event that forever changed their lives.
