Debbie Tisinger picks up her daughter Avree Tisinger, 18, after she was released from the Ventura County Probation Agency Juvenile Facility following four months in custody for drug use. Avree says she has been using Crystal Meth since she was 13-years-old to stay thin. "I have gained 25 pounds in Juvenile Hall, it is going to be hard not to relapse," Avree said.
