When it comes to Redneck Rockus Maximus, SCOTS is near the top of the short list. SCOTS stands for Southern Culture on the Skids, and has nothing to do with Sean Connery and his countrymen. The acronym sounds like just what the North Carolina band isn't. These groovy Tar Heels, who've been together since 1985, will play some surf music and a bunch of other stuff, perhaps more familiar below the Mason-Dixon Line, on Saturday during the Primer Nationals hot rod and motorcycle show at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
