After 3 very successful seasons Team Believe is recruiting teammates for season 4 to participate in the Santa Barbara Wine Country Half Marathon on 5/9. Coach Chrissy has coached hundreds of all shapes, sizes and ages to finish lines. Check out details of joining and the photo galleries at www.myteambelieve.com Learn proper racewalk form, get educated in every facet of endurance training including injury prevention, cross training and nutrition. You will glide through this 11-week training program injury free and be ready for the starting line. As a fitness trainer and weight loss coach, coach Chrissy knows that walking is the easiest most available way to get fit, so why not get a medal for it in the end. Training’s are on Sunday mornings in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. Team Believe is a great way to meet people and get fit by just walking. It doesn’t matter where you are when you start, it’s where you are going that makes the difference!
