The forum will take place at CLU's Overton Hall, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks. The Gold Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is also involved in the event.
Among those who have agreed to participate are Hannah-Beth Jackson, Democratic candidate in the race to represent the 19th state Senate District; Ferial Masry, Democratic candidate running in the 37th Assembly District; and Conejo Valley Unified School District candidates Scott Lamp, Dennis Hatland, Betsy Connolly, Peggy Buckles and John Andersen. Other candidates in those races were invited to participate but have declined, according the group.
There will also be a pro and con discussion of Proposition 11, which deals with redistricting.
