Debate to focus on Jewish concerns
A campaign debate Wednesday will focus on the two leading presidential candidates and their views on issues of concern to the Jewish community.
The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
People are invited to bring questions for the two speakers, who will examine the policies and views of John McCain and Barack Obama.
"Election 2008: the Jewish Vote" will feature Larry Greenfield, regional director of the Republican Jewish Coalition, and Andrew Lachman, president of Democrats for Israel, Los Angeles.
The forum will be at Temple Etz Chaim, 1080 E. Janss Road.
Registration will begin at 7 p.m. and the program will start at 7:15 p.m.

Obama will not defend Israel. He and Biden are appeasers.
McCain and Palin will defend Israel to the bitter end. When McCain give his word, you can count on what he says. Think about when 9/11 went down. Obama was in the Illinois Senate, paralyzed to make a decision and voting "present" more than 100 times. He's not man enough to make a call. He's a slick talking do nothing totally unqualified poser. McCain and Palin have lived lives showing that they are the real deal. McCain is 10 times the man that Obama will ever be.
