Chamber to hold networking breakfast
Ways to partner with local schools to help today's students become tomorrow's skilled employees will be the subject of a Chamber of Commerce breakfast Friday at Los Robles Greens Golf Course Banquet Facility.
The collaborative business and education event will include information on the School-to-Career Program as well as students and business representatives who have benefited from being involved.
The event will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. at the golf course facility, 299 S. Moorpark Road. Registration will begin at 6:45 a.m., and an early bird drawing will take place at 7 a.m.
The program is part of the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce's Networking Breakfast of Champions.
Prepaid reservations are due by 2 p.m. Thursday.
Cost for chamber members is $18.50, nonmembers $23.50. Payment after that date and at the door will be $27. For information or to register online, visit http://www.towlvchamber.org or call 370-0035.
