Veteran team joins Prudential California
Mary Kay and Jim Donahoe were welcomed to Prudential California Realty's Westlake/North Ranch office by Broker/owner Bob Majorino and Associate Branch Manager Terry Holland.
The Donahoes, a top selling and listing team in the Conejo Valley, are the "go to" agents in waterfront and golf course properties. They believe in selling homes that provide something more than just a beautiful place to live. "We enjoy selling homes that provide a fun activity to the owners. We love to take clients out on our party boat on the lake, or to dinner at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants," Mary Kay says. "It's such a unique lifestyle. Once our clients experience it, nothing else will do," Jim says.
Because real estate is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, buyers and sellers need professionals who understand the industry and are positioned to stay ahead of the game. Between them, the Donahoes have their Broker's License, decades of experience with satisfied clients, corporate moves and investment properties, and are Certified ePros.
The Donahoes are committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. That's why they constantly research the market and property values so a home is priced effectively. They also make sure the public knows a seller's home is on the market by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers.
They agree that selling homes is about total customer service in all areas and they work tirelessly to make that happen.
