Expo shows products, services for living green
Terri Ennis, president of Suds in a Bucket, talks with Aaryn Klempner about the products she and her mother, Barbara Klempner, bought Saturday at the Green Living Expo at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
Suds in a Bucket, based in Camarillo, sells chemical-free all-natural soaps and lotions. The event continues today.
Baskets made from recycled telephone wire and discarded plastic wrappers were among some of the crafts for sale at the Green Earth Solution Network booth at the Green Living Expo. The company, based in Malibu, deals primarily in green building and design project management.
The expo features more than 100 product, service and educational exhibits divided into seven major zones: Green Building & Remodeling, Health & Beauty, Organic & Natural Products, Green Kids Zone, Eco-Car Display, Eco-Fashion Show and Green Associations. The event runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and admission is free
