Panelists to analyze election results

A panel of political experts will analyze election results this week at Moorpark College.

The event begins at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Performing Arts Center at the college, 7075 Campus Road.

Timm Herdt, Sacramento bureau chief for The Star, will lead the discussion. Other panel members will be Martin Johnson, a political science professor at UC Riverside; Brian Newman, a political science professor at Pepperdine University in Malibu; and Tony Biasotti, a political reporter at The Star.

The panel is the final event in this semester's portion of the Year of Democracy at the college.
