Rainfall tops 1 inch in county since Friday
More than an inch of rain has fallen in the county since clouds moved in Friday, the Ventura County Watershed Protection District reported Tuesday.
With 1.38 inches of rain from Friday to Tuesday morning, Piru was the wettest place in the county.
Thousand Oaks was the driest, with 0.23 inches.
Above-average precipitation has been reported in most parts of the county since October, according to the district's figures.
Mostly clear and sunny conditions are expected through the weekend, the National Weather Service reported.
