Hospital volunteers to host fashion show fundraiser

More from Local NewsThe Simi Valley Hospital Volunteer Guild will host its first big fundraiser of the year at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The theme is "precious memories" and will feature past-to-present wedding attire in a fashion show at the United Methodist Church, 2394 Erringer Road.
Proceeds will benefit the Simi Valley Hospital. The Volunteer Guild raises money to purchase educational and patient-care equipment for the hospital and other hospital projects.
In addition to the fashion show, participants will be treated to tea, food and live music. The wedding attire will include wedding gowns, dresses and suits; bridesmaid dresses; and various outfits worn by parents of the bride and groom. All outfits are provided and modeled by hospital volunteers and friends.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased from the Simi Valley Hospital Department of Volunteer Services or the Simi Valley Hospital Gift Shop. The hospital is at 2975 N. Sycamore Drive.
