Gunman robs smoke store, but no one is injured

A masked gunman robbed a Thousand Oaks smoke shop late Monday, authorities said.

The man entered Dementia, 820 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., about 10 p.m., pointed a semiautomatic handgun at two employees and forced them to get on the floor, sheriff's Capt. Ross Bonfiglio said.

The robber took an undisclosed amount of money and left through a rear door. No one was injured, authorities said.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Detective Alan Hartkop at 494-8223.

That store is a headshop. They have hardly any customers. The robber couldn't have got much money, although he may have got a nice bong.

That place has more customers than you think. They make a good chunk of change.
