Thousand Oaks 05/16/08 Students at Weathersfield Elementary in Thousand Oaks laugh at Spanner the clown and Clampit the clown during Friday's Ventura County Fire Department's "Adventures in Safety" assembly. Weathersfield is the last school in the county to see this performance.
