CAMARILLO

Office project begins selling, leasing

Creekside Executive Center, an office park under construction in Camarillo, is accepting sale and lease agreements.

The development by Opus West is at 4001-4087 Mission Oaks Blvd., adjacent to the historic Camarillo Ranch House and Highway 101.

The project is expected to be completed by summer. At its center is a two-story, 55,322-square-foot, office building for lease. Available suites range from 1,500 square feet to about 27,000 square feet.

Creekside will include 13 free-standing office condos for sale ranging from 2,278 square feet to 7,521 square feet; 18,500 square feet of the center is permitted for medical use.

John La Spada, Bill Clark and Nick Gregg, office brokers with the Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis, are exclusive sale and leasing agents.

CALABASAS

Pacific Aviation Museum leases office

Pacific Aviation Museum recently leased a 1,600-square-foot office at 26565 W. Agoura Road in Calabasas to house its new Los Angeles-based national campaign office.

Michael Slater, Tom Dwyer, Christian Fisher and Jennifer Rice of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, MS LPC Malibu Property Holdings LLC, in the negotiations. Pacific Aviation Museum was represented by Cory Richmond with Lee & Associates.

THOUSAND OAKS

Arbors of Thousand Oaks is 100% leased

With the recent signing of a lease agreement by AGFA, a producer and distributor of analog and digital imaging systems, office space in The Arbors of Thousand Oaks is now 100 percent leased, according to CB Richard Ellis.

Acquired by the Sares-Regis Group in 2006, the Arbors is a 275,000-square-foot office campus of four office buildings on 18 acres.

Skyworks Solutions Inc., a semiconductor supplier for communication electronics, occupies one building at 649 Lawrence Drive.

Buildings at 2535 W. Hillcrest Drive and 2560 Teller Road, are leased by Amgen.

The remaining building at 2545 W. Hillcrest Drive is home to a variety of companies including Progressive Insurance, Level Three Communications and Aetna Life Insurance.

In the AFGA lease negotiations, the landlord, the Sares-Regis Group, was represented by Tom Dwyer, Michael Slater and Jennifer Rice of CB Richard Ellis. AGFA was represented by Sam Hortwitz with UGL Equis.
