Doctors offer free health screenings

More from Local NewsFree screenings will be offered Saturday in Simi Valley for skin cancer, blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
The screenings will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Suite 209 of the Aspen Outpatient Center, 2750 Sycamore Drive. Participants will receive a computer printout assessing their risks of skin cancer. People with suspicious lesions or growths will be provided with the name of a dermatologist for follow-up treatment.
The screenings are being provided by two doctors: internal medicine physician Mojgan Makhsoosi and dermatologist Shabnam Madani. People should make reservations by calling 915-0315.
