Three Summer Programs for Seniors

Join us for a lively book group discussion, followed by the screening on Monday, June 9, 7:00 10:30 p.m. at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley.
The registration fee is $2 (per class to cover refreshments and movie rentals). Friends of the Library is the facilitator. Advance registration will be accepted at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley. ART OF HUMOR & POETRY CLASS: Discussion by Marty Albert, child star, and is performed in story, song and poetry style. What a great way to spend an afternoon! This fun class meets every second Wednesday of the month.
Join us this month on May 28 from 2:00 3:30 p.m. The registration fee for a series of four classes is $15 or drop-ins $5. QUEEN MARY CABARET SHOW & DINNER: Board a deluxe motorcoach at the Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley on Sunday, June 22 at 10:45 a.m. Arrive at the Queen Mary in Long Beach and explore the ship on your own.
Check-in at Tibbies Dinner Theatre for a performance of Let the Sunshine in, a tribute to the memorable music of the 60s and 70s. Join Sonny & Cher, Steve & Edie, Tom Jones and the rest of the crew on our look back in time.
Enjoy an entrée of your selection before heading back to the Senior Center in Simi Valley, arriving at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $99.00 per person. Pick up applications and return to the west desk at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley.
