Topping off Steel at the new 4 story office building at 60 California Ave. Ventura, Ca
Ownership is: 60 California St., LLC Managing Director is Dan Frederickson.
Dan is the past president of Kinkos living in Ventura. A local businessman very active in downtown business issues and the homeless. Dan is working on a solution to the veterans and other homeless people and the downtown parking issues.
Tim McLoughlin-Owners Representative handles all aspects of the development process through building completion and tenant occupancy. Tim is a Fourth Generation Ventura County product.

The 4 Story building should be complete by December 2008. Propsective Tenants include a Bank, Investment Firm, Law Firm. The building has been designed for a Restaurant User.
Leasing is being Handled by Epsteen and Associates.
