Morning Report: Motorcyclist, 45, seriously injured in Camarillo crash

Police and Fire: A 45-year-old man was seriously injured last night in a solo motorcycle crash in Camarillo, authorities said.
The motorcyclist crashed on Calle San Pablo near Pleasant Valley Road about 6:08 p.m. Sunday, said Capt. Dave Kenney of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department.
He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Authorities identified the motorcyclist as Michael Roberts. Information about his city of residence was not immediately available this morning.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, Kenney said.

Traffic: At 6:47 a.m., the California Highway Patrol was not reporting any traffic accidents or hazards on county roadways.

Weather: Light drizzle is moistening the county this morning, and partly cloudy conditions are expected to continue through the day, the National Weather Service reported.
Low clouds and fog are expected to dissipate somewhat this afternoon.
Weather service forecasters predict high temperatures in the 60s throughout the county.
