Buying Smart workshop set for May 17

Ventura County residents who are curious about how to buy bank-owned properties (REO), want to understand short pays or are overwhelmed by the changing financing market are invited to attend a complimentary workshop May 17 at the Camarillo Courtyard by Marriott at Highway 101 at Santa Rosa Road.
The Buying Smart Workshop is offered to assist potential home buyers, especially first-time buyers and investors, by informing those in attendance about several current confusing market trends: How to purchase REOs, and short pays, in addition to offering some insight on the current changing mortgage market. This workshop is intended to be educational only.
