May 19: It's Time to Call Your Lawyer When...

Legal problems may seem like they come out of nowhere, but they usually arise gradually, particularly around issues such as dissatisfied employees, lease renewals and competitive threats. This seminar, presented by Jonathan Fraser Light, Glenn J. Dickinson, Nancy Kierstyn Schreiner and Brook J. Carroll, will teach strategic moves that minimize legal bills.

May 28: How to Build an Employee Handbook

Jonathan Fraser Light will help employers create a handbook that incorporates the latest policies and proper language while discussing common problems. This seminar is ideal for new business owners and those whose employee handbooks are out of date.

June 10: Wage and Hour Law Pitfalls

Jonathan Fraser Light and Lou Cappadona will teach business owners the importance of staying up to date on the latest wage and hour laws, including the "Sue Your Boss" law, as well as the potential penalties imposed for violations.
