Morning Report: Vehicle fire Moorpark

Police and Fire:

Nothing new to report overnight or this morning.

Traffic: At 6:58 a.m., the California Highway Patrol was reporting a vehicle on fire at Highway 118 and First Street in Moorpark. No one was injured in the fire, according to the CHP.

Weather: It will be cloudy in parts of Ventura County this morning and then become mostly sunny later this morning. A high near 63 is expected.

There will be increasing clouds tonight, with a low around 49, according to the National Weather Service.
