Ventura Elks Bingo Gives Developmentally Disabled Educational and Community Activity Advantage

The Bingo Committee of the Ventura Elks Lodge #1430 gave the ARC of Ventura County $1,000.00 to start a scholarship account for clients who participate in the Walker Street program and do not have the funds to pay for classes at the YMCA or Ventura College or to participate in the community activities or excursions to the zoo, museums, theater, parks, etc.
