Pair who attacked, stabbed man sought

More from County NewsAn Oxnard man was recovering from his injuries at St. John's Regional Medical Center after being stabbed Sunday afternoon by two men in Oxnard.
Charles Watts, 22, was walking in the 3800 block of San Juan Avenue just after 4 p.m. when two men in their mid-20s began chasing him. Watts ran but the two caught him. One pulled a knife and stabbed him, an Oxnard Police spokesman said.
The two men jumped into an early 1990s Oldsmobile.
The motive for the attack was unknown, and police said they were not yet aware if it was gang-related.

Probably an Oldsmobile Cutlass. Those people really like those cars.

I wish I still had my Cutlass! Would have been a Classic by now ! I loved that car. Had alot of cars I wish we still owned. Didn't know then what we know now about the value of them.
Well it sounds gang related or retaliation since the guy started running.........But I just dont know. Hope he recovers fully !!!!

I think what live_for_purpose meant by "those people" are gang members. Though this type of car is a classic for many people, they attract the gang members more.
Anywho, hope the guy, Charles, is doing just fine.

Why run? HE WAS BEING CHASED. The article didn't say he started running, then was chased. I think Mr Watts might know more than he has already said.
