Dilbeck Realtor's celebrate 2007 honors

Dilbeck Realtors GMAC's management team, sales partners and staff gathered to applaud cheer, clap, praise and support the accomplishments of 2007.

President, Mark Dilbeck opened the event with uplifting remarks about the past year and the year to come. "We are proud not only of those who improved their business in 2007, but all of those who remained positive throughout the year and continued to plant the seeds for tomorrow's successes. Together, we can enjoy the fruits of our labor under the bright and beautiful sky ahead."

As a hush fell over the crowd assembled in the ballroom of the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills the recognitions began.

The highlight was the announcement of the First Place Woodland Hills (WH) and Westlake Village Office (WLV) Associates of the Year. Stephen Kaseno (formally with Woodland Hills) and Stacy Richardson (WLV) were awarded the honor. Once again they will take their place on the 2008 President's Council.

The President's Council is composed of the top 2 percent of sales partners in the company plus the top award winner in any office who is not represented in the top 2 percent.

This council meets with the management team periodically to help develop new ways to succeed in today's real estate market.

More award winners for Dilbeck's Woodland Hills and Westlake Village offices included: Second Place Office Associate of the Year, Sally Varga (WLV) and Kathy Wales (WH) while Third Place Office Associate of the Year went to Veronica Ellias (WLV) and Jill Schwartz (formerly with WH and now with WLV).

Additional winners included:

Award of Excellence: Veronica Ellias, Stephen Kaseno, Stacy Richardson and Sally Varga.

Award of Achievement: Judi Irwin.

Award of Merit: Diane Kane, Jill Schwartz, Diantha Shaffer (WLV) and Kathy Wales (WH).

Having spent the past 20 years at Dilbeck Realtors GMAC, Diane Kane and Judy Quarles, joined Dilbeck on stage to receive their 20-year pins.

GMAC Premier Service Awards included Diamond Award winners, Veronica Ellias and Stephen Kaseno.

Dilbeck extended his congratulations to the honorees. "Together, we can all work to create opportunities and take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves, to make 2008 a positive year," he said. "Along with focusing on today's consumer, our collective professionalism and determination will lead us to greater successes."

Dilbeck also addressed his hopes that agents and staff continue their commitment to premier service and consistently exceeding expectations. "It is these commitments that help us build upon our generations of trust for generations to come," he said.
