Hospital group seeks nominees for award

The First Ladies of the Simi Valley Hospital Foundation are seeking nominations for its Woman of the Year award.

The winner will be recognized April 25 at the hospital's Hats Off to Women Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum.

The Woman of the Year nomination criteria include dedication of time and talents to an organization or charitable cause and a commitment that makes a difference in the community.

To nominate someone, provide a brief one-page narrative on why she should be considered.

Woman of the Year nominees will be selected by a special Simi Valley Hospital Foundation committee.

All nominations must be submitted by April 11 and can be mailed to the Simi Valley Hospital Foundation, 2975 N. Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley, CA 93065; faxed to 955-8188; or e-mailed to brewerjl@ah.org.

Nominators should include their names and phone numbers.

Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit Women's Services at Simi Valley Hospital. Tickets are $55 per person. Call 955-8144 for more information.
