Eating disorders to be topic of talk tonight
A clinical psychologist will visit Redwood Middle School tonight in Thousand Oaks to discuss eating disorders.
The Parent & Community Education Night starts at 7 p.m. at the middle school, 233 W. Gainsborough Road.
Psychologist Samantha Tamburro, who specializes in eating disorders and substance abuse, will be at the event, along with Karen Decker, a registered dietitian, and Amanda Phillips, a peer educator for Joint Advocates on Disordered Eating at Cal State Northridge.
The information night is presented by Redwood's Parent Teacher Student Association.
