T.O. Mayor: 'Conejo Valley is thriving'

WESTLAKE VILLAGE — Jacqui Irwin, the Mayor of the City of Thousand Oaks appeared as a special guest speaker to a crowded room of eager listeners; local real estate professionals from the community's well-known independent real estate brokerage, Troop Real Estate, Inc.

The message of the meeting: the Conejo Valley is thriving. With a firm local job base, expansion and improvement projects continuing the already thriving City of Thousand Oaks businesses and a ranking as the safest city in the State of California with a population exceeding 100,000 people; all reports tell us that the local economy is strong. These reports are a testament to Irwin's top priorities and focuses as mayor — public safety and quality of life.

Troop Real Estate, Inc. is a consistent contributor to the community that it serves, donating time and money to local charities since the company's birth in 1987. Local community awareness and involvement has always been a cornerstone of Troop Real Estate's foundation.

"Attending a function such as this makes me proud to be a member of such a beautiful, tightly-knit community and part of a company that supports it. It is really, quite rewarding," said Patti Hepple, manager of Troop Real Estate's Westlake Village location.
