WESTLAKE VILLAGE — Jacqui Irwin, the Mayor of the City of Thousand Oaks appeared as a special guest speaker to a crowded room of eager listeners; local real estate professionals from the community's well-known independent real estate brokerage, Troop Real Estate, Inc.
