Chamber To Host Mayor's State of the City Address

The Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce will once again host the 2008 State of the City Luncheon to be held on Wednesday, March 19, at the Vineyards beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Mayor Paul Miller will address the Chamber membership at the Annual State of the City Luncheon. The Mayor will discuss development issues around the city as well as other changes to the City that will affect business.
The event will provide a forum for the Mayor of Simi Valley to communicate the City's 2007 accomplishments and outline the City's goals for 2008.
"This luncheon provides members of the business community with information and an overview of top priorities for 2008", said Leigh Nixon, President/CEO Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber works with the city to help build a strong local economy while enhancing the quality of life in Simi Valley."
Table sponsors for the 2008 State of the City Luncheon are available for $600 for a table of 8. Sponsors will receive preferred seating, table placard, acknowledgement in the Business Advocate newsletter, and the event program.
Lunch reservations can be made by calling the Chamber office at 526-3900 or complete reservation return card in mailed invitation. Lunch is offered at $40 for members and $55 for non-members. Please call The Chamber office for questions or seating requests at 526-3900.
