Evan and Heather Nelson will celebrate their 1st wedding anniversary July 14, 2008. Both are graduates of Azusa Pacific University(APU); the couple met on their first day of college in 2003.
Heather is the daughter of Mark & Janet Gifford of Upland. Heather attended Upland High school. She is currently a graduate student at APU studying Marriage and Family Counseling.
Evan is the son of Scott & Kathy Nelson of Moorpark. He is a graduate of Oaks Christian High school and his degree from APU is in Youth Ministry. Evan is currently serving at High Desert Church in Victorville.
