High Tech Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing Available at Camarillo Family YMCA

More from CamarilloThe Camarillo Family YMCA is pleased to provide the community with an opportunity to receive a high tech hydrostatic body fat test on July 12th, starting at 7am. Hydrostatic testing is the gold standard for body fat testing, using technology to provide participants with a detailed body composition analysis. This report will include an accurate assessment of body fat percentage and lean mass, a reference table illustrating where you are and where you should be, a calculation of your resting metabolic rate and total caloric burn, and detailed tracking of previous tests.
The hydrostatic testing will take place in the world's only high-tech mobile body fat testing lab, which includes a Hydrostatic Tank and a heated/air conditioned environment with private changing booths. Trained technicians will assist participants, and provide the reports.
The Hydrostatic tests will take place from 7am to 11am, and take about 15 minutes per person. The cost of the test is $45, which must be paid by check in advance. Please visit the Camarillo Family YMCA to set an appointment time and reserve your spot with payment. The Camarillo Family YMCA is located at 3111 Village at the Park Drive in Camarillo.
