Mr. and Mrs. Ken Thompson of Ventura are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Ashley Thompson to Matthew Lane Walker.
Jennifer is a 2002 graduate of UC Santa Cruz and received a teaching credential from CSU Sacramento in 2004. She is currently teaching high school English in Sacramento.
Matthew, an Oregonian, does architectural design for a consultant firm specializing in telecommunications.
Matthew and Jennifer are planning a July wedding on Orcas Island, Washington.
