CAMARILLO UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PLANS VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

More from CamarilloWith the theme, Harvest Time, the Camarillo United Methodist Church will present its annual Vacation Bible School Monday through Friday, Aug. 11-15, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day at various locations at the church.
The vacation Bible school is open to all children entering kindergarten through the fifth grade.
The Vacation Bible School is a fun-filled learning program of games, lively songs, creative crafts to take home, special stories and yummy snacks, Cris Garlington, chair, said. Children will learn to plant peace, grow love, produce patience, sprout joy, and pick kindness.
Cost is $25 per child with a maximum of $40 per family. Scholarships are available. Registration forms may be obtained in the church office.
On Friday, Aug. 15, a field trip will take children to Underwood Farms in Somis to pet barnyard animals and take a hay ride out to pick crops in the fields.
