Representatives of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department will be "celebrity servers," with all tips to deputy servers becoming tax-deductible donations to Special Olympics Ventura County. McGruff the Crime Dog will be available to interact with kids, offering suggestions on how to stay safe. There will also be police K-9s and their handlers, and squad cars.
