What: Hydrostatic body fat testing provided by the Camarillo Family YMCA. The test provides participants with a detailed body composition analysis. The report will include an accurate assessment of body fat percentage and lean mass, a reference table illustrating where participants are and where they should be, a calculation of resting metabolic rate and total caloric burn, and detailed tracking of previous tests. The test will take about 15 minutes per person. Cost is $45, which must be paid in advance.
