Water district holding workshop for recycling

Recycling water is the subject of a workshop to be held at 4 p.m. Monday by the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and the Triunfo County Sanitation District.
The workshop is to provide information only, and no action is planned, said John R. Mundy, Las Virgenes district manager. Mundy said the workshop will cover what is being done with recycled water and "some of the challenges facing us in the future."
The workshop is planned to last one hour.
At the June 24 meeting of the Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council, Triunfo District board member Janna Orkney urged residents to attend.
The meeting is at Las Virgenes district headquarters, 4232 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas. For more information, go to the district's Web site at http://www.lvmwd.dst.ca.us.
