The Race for the White House

The Center for Community Engagement at CSU Channel Islands and the Camarillo Council on Aging are presenting the third in a series called Dessert and Discourse in Camarillo on Tuesday, March 4. The time is 7:00 9:00 PM, in room 160, bldg. F on the campus of the Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 Ponderosa Dr., and Camarillo.



Sean Kelly, a professor of political science at CSUCI, once worked in the U.S. Senate. His topic for the evening, 'The Race for the White House' should provide a stimulating discussion for those in attendance. The discussion will center on the current state of the race for the presidency focusing on the issues most likely to gain attention through November.



The cost of only $5.00 will include Starbucks coffee, tea and a delectable dessert. For information, or to register for this meeting, interested individuals should call 388-2691.
