Ventura Troop Real Estate agent to be recognized with President's Club status
Toni Sessa-Lake of Troop Real Estate Inc.'s Ventura office is being honored with President's Club status for the company on the strength of involvement in more than $10 million worth of real estate from the Ojai Valley to the Ventura Keys during 2007, announced company President Brian Troop and West County Regional Manager Bob Harrison.
Lake, who will be recognized at Troop's awards presentation event in March at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, also received Top Sales Agent honors in May and October in the Ventura office. She also received the Rising Star award in 2006 based on the launching of her real estate career the previous year.
Lake's professional experience is extensive, having been the respected business owner in Ventura with Sessa Manufacturing for 25 years.
"Toni's professional business background ideally suits her for today's challenging real estate market. In recognition of her special talents in handling beach and boat dock homes, she was asked by Troop's Luxury at a Fraction division to be their area manager for 2008," Harrison said. "It is the dedication of full-time professionals like Toni Sessa-Lake that give our company a positive image in our community. She is a valuable asset to our organization."
Lake can be reached at Troop Real Estate in Ventura at 856-9305.
