No weapons were used, and no one was injured, police said.

The man is described as in his late 20s and 5 feet, 4 inches tall. He was wearing a black beanie and a brown, hooded sweat shirt.

south oxnard is NOT hueneme. just because it's hueneme road, doesn't make it hueneme. only a tiny part of hueneme road is even in hueneme. not saying that it wouldn't happen in hueneme. i'm just saying we are in no way affiliated with the scourge of south oxnard. the south side gang or whatever is no part of hueneme. the only stinkin' part of hueneme is enveloped by the west of oxnard. they are no part of our community, our neighborhood watches, our civic affairs. i certainly don't consider the north of oxnard ventura....

I dunno, I went to a festival at Port Hueneme last summer and the beach was as much broken glass as sand. We saw gangsters with their tats showing hanging around a well ghettoed restroom area. We won't be doing that again, but if you say it is better than Oxnard, so be it.

I have been to Hueneme too and its not as bad as Oxnard, but I mean for a town that is only 2 blocks big, its pretty aweful
