"Fractionalized ownership, said Hershman, involves dividing up of certain luxury vacation homes into one-sixth or one-eighth shares and selling those shares as Tenants In Common interest. This entitles each owner with either six or eight weeks per year to use their luxury vacation home, or rent it for income," Hershman said.
