Fred and Nola Johnson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lacey Johnson of Paso Robles to Ned Segal of Paso Robles.
Ned is the son of Joel and Sylvia Segal of Cambria.
Ned proposed on Friday evening, December 21, 2007 under the Clock Tower in Downtown San Luis Obispo as the clock struck 8.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School.
Ned is currently attending Cuesta College as an Art Major and is an award winning local artist.
No wedding date has been set.
