A Ventura County grand jury has indicted six suspects, including alleged triggerman Jeffrey Aguilar, in connection with the robbery and slaying of an Oxnard businessman outside a bank, officials announced Tuesday.
Gurmohinder Singh, 55, an owner of convenience stores and meat and produce markets, was shot Aug. 16 after he withdrew cash from the U.S. Bank at 2385 N. Oxnard Blvd. in Oxnard. Aguilar was arrested 10 days later in Carpinteria and charged with murder.
At a news conference Tuesday, Ventura County District Attorney Greg Totten said Oxnard detectives and other officers launched an investigation that led to a criminal indictment being filed against five additional suspects.
They were identified as Maria Lissette Urena Bucio, 27, Mario Cervantes, 25, Chrystal Ceja, 23, Lance Brown, 25, and Christina DeLeon, 25, all of Oxnard.
"Law enforcement had long suspected that Mr. Aguilar did not act alone," said Totten, adding that the five other suspects were indicted on suspicion of murder or accessory to murder.
Aguilar, whose gang moniker was "Tripper," was charged with first-degree murder while lying in wait and during the commission of a robbery, along with the use of a firearm. Totten said Aguilar also was charged with two counts of attempted murder stemming from a shootout with police a week after the killing.
Aguilar, 22, of Oxnard pleaded not guilty last week in Ventura County Superior Court.
The grand jury indicted all the defendants last week, including Aguilar.
Bucio, Cervantes, Ceja and Brown were arrested Nov. 26. DeLeon is a fugitive, and there is a $500,000 warrant for her arrest, police said.
Bucio and Cervantes were charged with first-degree murder during the course of a robbery and "acting with reckless indifference to human life," Totten said. In addition, each was charged with robbery, he said.
Ceja and Brown were charged with being accessories and money laundering, Totten said. DeLeon was charged with being an accessory, Totten said.
The district attorney said Singh was the victim of a well-planned conspiracy to rob him.
Although Aguilar was an alleged Colonia Chiques gang member, Totten said, gang-related charges weren't added because officials don't believe the crime was committed for the benefit of, or in association with, the gang.
Some of the other suspects also had gang ties, officials said.
"The victim had a large sum of money at the time he was robbed and murdered," Totten said.
Aguilar, Bucio and Cervantes were being held in jail Tuesday without bail. Bail for Ceja and Brown was set at $500,000, Totten said.
Prosecutors said they didn't know yet whether they would seek the death penalty against Aguilar, Bucio and Cervantes. All three are eligible for the death penalty, prosecutors said.
Repeatedly citing the secrecy involving a grand jury investigation, officials refused to give details such as how the suspects knew one another or whether any of them knew Singh.
Officials also declined to say if Aguilar had agreed to cooperate in the investigation. "We have a duty and obligation that we do nothing today to prejudice prospective jurors," Totten said.
Jason Benites, Oxnard assistant police chief, said some of the suspects were employed, but he refused to say what they did for a living.
Officials praised the work of lead detectives Michael Young and Adam Wittkins and other officers, and the Ventura County Sheriff's Department for helping.
"I think it is safe to say we have exerted thousands of staff hours" working on this case, Benites said. "We worked around the clock on this case."
Police are seeking help in finding DeLeon.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts can contact Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS. A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her arrest.

N_Cash, couldn't agree with you more but there will be someone touting what a poor childhood they had, how misunderstood these people are, on and on.
Likely they'll live out their lives in prison.
Frankly, a firing squad by the relatives of the victim would be just fine by me. Should they not want to, I'm certain there would be many in line who act in their behalf.
Certain I'm going to get a lot of crap for this post, save your breath and fingers, you won't change my mind.

luv2sail- Maybe not by the relatives, but the rest of your post is fine. Because criminals are not afraid to go to camp prison, and there hasn't been an execution in a long time, there is a complete disregard for the law. It's time we start putting them down!

"Although Aguilar was an alleged Colonia Chiques gang member, Totten said, gang-related charges weren't added because officials don't believe the crime was committed for the benefit of, or in association with, the gang."
And then:
"Some of the other suspects also had gang ties, officials said."
Am I missing something here? If they were all tied to a gang, wouldn't that be "association?"

robb-murphy: im pretty sure if all of them were frm CO then it would be assositation but the article only says SOME. still i hope they all get the max time, mr. Singh was a nice man

robb_murphy,
The 'gang-enhancement' wasn't part of the indictment because these clowns did the crime only to benefit themselves.
They weren't about to 'share' the money with any other gangmembers.

Not to sound sexist or anything (and not to date myself), but I think another sad sign of the times is that there seem to be more and more girls involved in violent crimes such as this one. Maybe it shouldn’t surprise me anymore but it still does.

I had alluded to the possibility of there being a relation to the two Bucios yesterday. Apparently I was wrong.
De Leon is probably out getting pregnant so as to receive some compassion from the jury.
Obviously she is hiding out in a kennel.

It was scary on that day, as I live close by.
These alleged killers need to be ashamed of

actions to God! He is the one that can give mercy.

What a sad situation, but you all are acting like they all comitted the same crime. Ceja and Brown were just stupid to be involved period, but we dont know the full story yet and they havent been charged with the same thing.
The other 3 deserve whatever they get.
Deleon was his girlfriend of course she knew and knowing makes you an accessorie we dont know if she knew before or after. If she didnt know till after then she should have said something when she found out but these are young adults with obviously been taught the wrong idea of life or decided on there own that they are untouchable and this is the way to get ahead. As for the ones that are just caught up in the mix sometimes you find out something you wish you wouldnt have and your way of thinking in the street is not to tell, you forget you can be just as guilty for knowing.
Mr Singh didnt deserve this and it does seem odd that they wouldnt know he had that money so it makes you wonder if there was an inside source.
I feel very bad for the famalies that have been affected by this tragedy.

Yes, I definitely remember someone coming to the baby momma's defense saying how good she was, hard working and all. And now they're saying she was one of the accomplices? Poor children they're the victims as well as Mr. Singh.

schmiddl, it seems from the article that these 3 additional people were indicted most likely because they helped - by observing Mr singh's routines and reporting them the the perpetrators, driving the getaway car, or otherwise directly aiding in the crime. I doubt that they were "just caught up in the mix" as you say. They had a hand in it all the way.

I am talking about Ceja and Brown and the Girlfriend bieng caught up in the mix. As far as those other 3 scums I said they deserve what they get...

"Ceja and Brown were charged with being accessories and money laundering,'
does not sound like they were "caught up in the mix" as you put it. sounds like they were well aware of what happened, and were doing their best to assist this loser aguilar. laundering was probably just another CRIMINAL activity they were caught doing.
please do not feel bad for any of the people who were a part of this horrific crime. the only one who should be receiving any sympathy, is Mr.Singh, and his family and friends.
all these other losers should be immediately put to death.
Posted by schmiddl on December 3, 2008 at 2:31 p.m. (Suggest removal)
I cant speak for them I dont know what happened but I do know that Brown is a good young man and father, I dont believe he deserves death and until they prove him guilty he is innocent.
But all these assumptions of him and bieng an accessorie and money laundering are bieng made by a press release he could have had nothing to do with it no one knows. Plenty of people fight charges brought against them and win. When you dont have to see what something like this does to a family you dont care. These young adults families are hurting as well. Of course the only person that should matter is Mr Singh and his Family I am not heartless nor an idiot the ones who murdered him deserve what they get. But I still stand by Mr. Brown and his family. Innocent until proven guilty.
.. I also cant help but believe that love is blind and his girlfriend who is a fugitive is probably scared for herself and children, and is guilty by association. Which really sucks.Run Girl Run!!! Cant wait to see what kind of response I get from all you blog jockies...

I know Ceja’s family life. Her father has been in an out of jail since she was born. Her mother was recently released from jail for dealing drugs. By no means am I justifying her involvement in this I just think (I know) her parents failed her by not giving her the proper up bringing. Now her twp kids will be orphans, very sad situation for all the families.

Come on get real you act like they arent gonna catch her this is oxnard with a 1000.00 reward on her someone will turn her in. I dont know I just think that shes scared. Of course none of you would ever do anything like these dumb dumbs but like 805mommy said some of them its all they know. You guys say abortions to all gang members and all that other crazy stuff. It the cycle if life. Were arent given a choice who we are born to, how we are raised. We are supposed to make wise choices as adults and when you have young children watching you should make the best choices possible. But this is a corrupt society we live in. I knew my comment would upset lots of people but thats the great thing about america freedom of speech. I still feel the way I feel because I view thing realisticly not by the book. I made it out from that kind of life to be a successful working mother and wife. But I never forget where I came from and wont ever pretend different.

schmiddl - so you are saying because these people are dirtbags, we should just sit back and accept it? yeah right. If I saw this hoodrat, I would be on the police so quick. I would probably then donate the $1000 to a memorial fund for Mr. Singh. don't think for a second that one of this hoodrats "friends" won't turn her in for a quick "G". remember, the tipster is anonymous.
spaying and neutering these people like they are wild dogs is the only way to end this cycle. we need to do it before they breed though. that is the problem. oh yeah, and people like you who make excuses for losers like this are part of the problem as well.

You are correct, that is not what I implied. I do believe that our upbringing has a lot to do with the “TYPE” of person we grow up to be. Again I will say it “her decisions/actions are NOT EXCUSABLE” she just never had a chance with the type of parents she has.

No ones making excuses these are the facts of life, and face it your not gonna ever be able to spay or nueter anyone because you dont like thier lifestyle. And I also never said kickback and accept it. I did say the same thing as you that someone will turn her in and that would be a great thing to donate the reward. Look they are all gonna get prosecuted no matter what you or I say. I am responsible for me and my own my comments and actions dont effect no one here or there. I make good choices by my children and family and the only person I have to answer to is god and I know he loves me and my heart. I am a very strong person and still stand firmly behind what I believe as do all of you... Have a good day...I will

If you'd have seen what Gurmohinder Singh looked like after he was murdered, maybe you wouldn't feel as much sympathy. It was horrific, sad, disgusting and inhumane. Spend some time with his suffering family and tell me what you feel then. He didn't deserve to be killed simply for running a business.
Maybe the system has failed these kids, but justice is calling and each must face their sentence equally. I grew up and moved away from one of the worst neighborhoods (according to yearly crime statistics) in the country and that does not make me feel sympathy other than for the families that are left behind to continue the cycle of crime.

The murder of Mr. Sign is awful; my heart goes out to all his family members. However, these six people are innocent until proven guilty. In the article it states that it was not gang related so stop calling them all gang members. They all have families too and we need to respect that. Until they are proven guilty in a court of law they are innocent. If they did commit this crime their upbringing is no excuse.
Posted by schmiddl on December 3, 2008 at 3:33 p.m. (Suggest removal)
I agree with you 100% simivalley. I dont think any of these people are victims. I think Mr Singh is the only victim and I think what happened to him is tragic in every sense of the word. His family will be forever changed. He came here to make a difference for them. However in time I hope they find peace. In America we dont appriciate anything. And they come to America to make a life out of what we dont know how. I dont expect anyone to agree with me why should you.
Thats ok with me I know that I have lots of compassion for Mr Singh and his Family. I didnt see him but I did see the flowers left behind shortly after as I waited for my son to have his haircut in the same shopping center I walked over and said a prayer for him and his family with my daughter and I felt very saddend for him and his family now I am saddend by the fact that someone I know is bieng tied to that same tragedy. Its a true testement to mixed emotions...

Just because u r kind and sweet doesn't mean u are not capable of orcheastrating a crime. The officials must have some hard evidence against her or else she would get a bail amount set. Fyi jeffrey was too a sweet and kind person. Anyone who knew him didn't thnk he was capable of cold blooded murder but look. I agree with u lissette was a hard working mom of two and she was dealt a lot of hardships in her life including a turbulant abusive marriage but she made it through with both of her kids in tote but that doesn't mean she isn't capable of such a crime. Most criminals are kind people just acted on a moment of desperation.

yes, being nice & sweet is a personality that a ugly murderer will never have. now like a said, she has worked 4 her s---. she has her very own money, hunny. someone whom is poor, most likely will kill 4 money, but ask u'r self would u steal although u don't need the money? no. so, being associated w/ the wrong relative can get u into trouble. obviously, everything will come out to day light, the truth sould come. it's so simple to judge, but if that were u? be careful whom we associate in our daily life's, can really reflect later. bucio's mistake is being kind, & really money is not an issue 4 her, who's really poor is who chances are did this terrible crime. bucio deserves to be home. it's hard to understand, i hope that there's good evidence; besides people pointing fingers. once one, individual has the death penalty and he's an corrupted gang associate. chances are he doesn't want to die alone, in his misery.

If the police didnt have enough evidence to make give her first degree murder they woulndt have, theres a lot more to this that we dont know. I knew her and she seemed seet to me too, but I guess we dont know people as good as we think we do. She chose to associate with the wrong people and now shes paying for it. Our past always comes back to bite us in the butt.

Christina DeLeon is my cousin. She was just caught here in Dallas, TX a few hours. I'm thankful she's safe and not out on "the run" now. I just want to tell you ALL there is always more to the story than it appears to show. I've known my cousin all my life and know what she is capable of. SHE'S NOT a gang member. I am 100% confident that the charges against her will be dropped. Before you go judging people YOU DO NOT KNOW stop to think about what our country is about. And how the law works. She is INNOCENT til proven guilty. And FYI she came from a good family. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm sorry for the victim and his family. And I hope the people who were involved are brought to justice. But please you are NOT the jury and you don't decide my cousins fate. I hope none of you or your families ever have to experience what my family is going through.

sorry, but innocent people do not run from the law. you might need to accept the fact that you do not know your cousin as good as you thought you did. people from good families go bad all the time. it is not uncommon. good girls go for bad guys all the time. the smart ones know when to walk away.

I said "the run" because that's what everyone is making out to seem. She wasn't running from anything (you guys don't know what's going on except what's reported, and what the police want you to see). Once again there is more to the story than you know. All I am saying is before you try and judge make sure you know all the facts, and that's something you guys don't know. Let the process takes it's course. Just wait it out before you start saying hateful things about people and their families when you know nothing about them.

Why did she all of a sudden head toward Dallas?
Posted by FedUp on December 4, 2008 at 10:51 a.m. (Suggest removal)
"on the run" is a term used by the police, when they have a person of interest or a suspect who does not turn themselves in, and can not be found. like I said, if she is indeed innocent, why did she not turn herself in. oh wait, was she just heading to Dallas for the holidays???? gimme a break.

First of all if you think I am going to give you guys information to ease your mind. You're wrong in the end the reason she was in Dallas will be known. Christina was not involved, she wasn't there when it happened, she had nothing to do with the plotting.

"Christina was not involved, she wasn't there when it happened, she had nothing to do with the plotting."
however, it is quite possible that she was helping this scumbag aguilar hide out. if she was indeed his GF like mentioned before, then it is quite possible she was aware of what he did. therefore, she is an accesory to the crime. which is what the DA wants to charge her with.

She owned hacienda casa de cambio and although she was a hard working women she did have money problems, a lot of meney problems both with her business and personal. A lot of em. I knew her for a long time and saw all the hurdles she managed to jump but like I said if the officials didn't have enough eveidence on her she wouldn't be in jail right now without bail shed be at home with her kids and new husband. I dnt wish anythng bad upon lissette she truly is a good person but we dnt know what an individual is capable of.obviously. And just because ur a gang member doesn't mean ur not sweet or kind. Most homies as the matter of fact are real sweet. Not all of em would commit murder, a lot of em are all talk and clothes. The cops know what they r doing and when they searched warrant her business and home I'm sure they walked away with enough info to pin her with first degree. I feel bad for all the innocent parties involved including all of lissettes family whom are great people and hard workers and that incudes jeffreys dad whom is one of the sweetest men you'll ever meet.

"then it is quite possible" you do know what you said right? Quite possible means you think it's possible, it doesn't make it a FACT. Unless you know Tina personally or the situation. All you have is your thoughts. You're not the jury, you don't decide. I guess the point I'm trying to get across is.. things aren't always as they seem. People are convicted every day for crimes the don't commit, and they are charged for crimes they don't commit.

"You're not the jury, you don't decide."
but people like me WILL BE on the jury.
"And just because ur a gang member doesn't mean ur not sweet or kind"
gang members are scumbags. whether or not they are posers or not. if you are a gang member, you are not sweet or kind. you are the scum of the earth, and do not deserve to breathe the air that we innocent, hard working people do.

Good and those people like you will have all the evidence, and not a 2 minute story from the Ventura Star to base their dissicion off of.
Posted by FedUp on December 4, 2008 at 11:27 a.m. (Suggest removal)
you are right. I am basing all of my comments off of what the STAR has reported. however, you never did state why she was in Dallas. like I mentioned before, innocent people do not run. nor do they date gang bangers. give us a legitimate reason for those two things, and I would be more than happy to wait to pass judgement.

One more question star27...did she drive/own a black (I think) Cadillac Escalade or something similar?

Relvd98 Yes she did.
Posted by FedUp on December 4, 2008 at 11:34 a.m. (Suggest removal)
they probably would not allow me on the jury because I would tell them I am prejudicied against loser gang bangers. the defense attorney would not want someone like that on the jury.

Yes she drove a black cadillac first the car and then a black escalade.

She has us, her family here. As I said before when all this unfolds she'll be able to say the reasons why she was in Dallas. It's not fair to her or my family for me to sit here and speak for her. I'm sharing my thoughts as someone who cares about her. And I am glad she is safe now and she can begin the process to clear her name.

you are right. I am being judgemental. it is my right as a citizen of the US to be judgemental. however, I do not hear anyone in here denying the fact that this deleon woman was dating this loser gang banger. nor is anyone saying why she did not turn herself in. until those facts come out in her favor, I will continue to be judgemental.
it's funny. 90% of the time, the STAR's reports tend to be right on. I have always said I would be the first to come on here an apologize for being judgemental, if what I was saying turns out to be wrong. I have yet to need to do that. if deleon is innocent of being an accessory to murder, I will come on here and acknowledge I was wrong.
with that said. this back and forth is getting old.
agree to disagree at this point?

I'll admitt I was one of those people who always saw the news or read it. And I was the first to say burn the mother effer alive. No mercy!! After all I live in Texas and we hand the death penalty out left and right. But now the situation is different. And I am shocked to see people say and feel these things when they don't know the whole story. Hopefully I will have a different view now and not be so closed minded in the future and be so quick to judge someone I don't know.
I'll agree to disagree..
And I'm glad I got out of Oxnard when I did. I'm happy my boys have a chance at a decent life. And they don't have to see murders in the paper everyday and brush it off, cause that's just every day life in Oxnard. This whole situation just reminds me of why I'll never move back to Oxnard, or California for that matter. It's too bad cause it was once a beautiful city :(

Wow.. this is a sad story all around. These 6 all have families and i'm sure its causing some of them pain. I hope the ones that have kids, that there kids are being properly taken care of.
I guess we all have to be careful with who we assoicate with and not let pressure get to us in these hard economic times.
Question though? Are these known druggies? Tweakers always seem to do very stupid acts to support there habit. Just asking?

Just go into the star web site and search the victims name they all pop up.

I know him and chrsytal had kids together and lived together but I've seen several of times that christina was linked to him too? And liss got married like 3 months ago

It was hard to believe because she was a sweet person but obviously she had some major part in all this! She should have thought about her kids and that new life she has inside of her! {poor kids} There the real victims here besides Mr. Singh and his family!

Hell no she came from mexico and got married at the age of fifteen. She was always a family girl had her baby at 15. Nothng like that. I thnk in this case she just was drowning in money problems and thought she might be able to pull it off. But its crazy because when u see the camera picture at us bank and u see what jeffrey was wearing I would thnk that he would put on a disguise but a hat is what he chose. I just dnt get it. So I'm guessing no one knows howmuch money was involved. I bet everyone is so shocked about her involvement. She banked at us bank and they all loved her there I wonder what they thnk. Well mr signhs cousin is a man named jorge that owns plaza mail center and he absolutely loved lissette. He treated her like a daughter and always gave her stuff. How sad for him to know that she was involved in the murder of his cousin

You guys sure know alot about this case i'd watch it or you could be charged next. Knowing makes you an accessory.
I hope whoever planned and did this gets what they deserve. For the others involved let this be a lesson to be careful who you choose to be friends and remember no times are to hard nor any amount of money is worth someones life, you should have stayed away from these creeps.

knowing about the crime, aiding and abetting the known fugitives, etc makes you an accessory.

every one whom had that chance to meet bucio, automatically knows that no matter what she's a innocent successful woman. walk the talk, let's talk about your crimes? you'll see, the authorities just have her to see how much she knows. that's all! u can't keep an innocent person 4 life, that's 4 sure. who ever says she's hurting in money, better back it up at the end. she has plenty of money, save your breath. save it 4 the jury.by the way you must be her private secretary to know her bills, if u care; well, pay them. bucio never hanged out with those types of 'lost' animals. yeah, i said, 'lost' loser's (where's the money now?), & aguiar doesn't want 2 be lost alone! bucio doesn't belong in jail she belongs doing her regular tasks & family like usual.
just because she's related 2 this wanna be co boy don't mean s---! cause if he really had the balls, he would say take the rap for his actions! but, he's not he don't want to die alone, like he should. aguiar sould back it up, isn't he so from the vario? not anymore i forgot he's lost. i hope that he get a taste of his own medicine. but, i bet he don't wan't 2 live anymore, any how.

If those comments are true shes guilty alright.More than anyone if you ask me cause Aguilar wouldnt have even done it if thats true.
As for Lance and Crystal I know Lance is innocent it will be proven and for Crystal they did all get arrested they day before Thanksgiving so it wouldnt be uncommon for he to be there for the holidays these people didnt know they were being investigated or the guilty ones would have ran. I think once she heard in texas she was wanted she turned herself in. I cant wait to see Lance freed on all charges he is innocen I think OPD did a great job but as for Lance I think they got that one wrong...Just my opinion I to will have to wait and see...

well, only time could tell! all these individuals all have innocent family's including the victims family. they must feel this is a nightmare! the society is getting crazier every day! but, the question is; can Mr.Singh family sue U.S. Bank 4 not having a security officer outside the bank, just like every bank? also it couldn't be possible that a bank like this doesn't have plenty of cameras around the entire business? i think for failing to have security at the door, and if they had sufficient cameras surveilling the bank. this tragedy wouldn't of happened! the security would of been able 2 see through the cameras and call the police or the trigger man wouldn't of got away clean, unleast the security officer would of shot back to protect Mr.Singh as a valued customer. has the bank done anything to see this? provably not? just 4 this i will never bank @ U.S. banks 4 security reasons? que no? right on front of the bank, mmmm....

don't be blaming the bank for the greed of a few losers. all banks do not have security guards.

this tragedy wouldn't of never happened in front of the bank, only a careless bank would value a day 2 day customer like this.what a decrease for all families. but, all we can do is keep them in player. i hope one day happiness comes to the victims family again. there is allot more than money stolen from them a beat Mr.Singh was the inspiration for his businesses. or also could an employee @ the bank be a suspect. because how did the trigger man, know that there's not enough security?

Well schmiddl I dnt know how u know lance but really just keep his name out of whatever u r talkin about he is a member of my family and I don't think he would like that u always put his name all up in this mix but he is innocent he don't belong in there so yea!

I can't debate with you anymore. it is getting too hard to comprehend what you are trying to say. keep blaming the banks for your these loser gang bangers killing Mr. Singh. it must be the banks fault for letting mr. Singh pull money out of his account as well. get a clue.

Excuse me jusme but i havnt said anything negative about him besides the fact that I think he is innocent and defending him when people are accociating him with needing to be fried etc. so get your facts straight his name is all up on here and all up on the news so i dont think theres any way to get it out of the mix like you say. I know him amd his girlfriend and family very well i probably know you so dont worry about me or what i say. If you are so concerned go all the way to the top and read all the things I have said step by step... Nothing negative or incriminating. Like star27 who put bucios business all on blast...

jusme, you say his name twice here and you agree with my comment of him bieng a good guy and father so I dont know why you think you need to tell me where to go with my comments you should be worried about all the citizens in this county that want to see all the people involved in this case fry. I to believe he's innocent. Even if you or I know hes innocent well still have to wait it out people beat their cases all the time and innocent people also lose there cases I hope he beats it. But I am definitly not just talking out of my a** I do know him and the family...

freeme- i actually believe women get manipulated by sick men every day. (at one point professional help would be a resource.) that's is why the society is like it is ;taking innocent parents off 2 prison, so the children grow up w/ these memories. that is so, dam sad to see that frown in the child's face, confused & asking were is my mother? we need 2 analyze that only one person choose, this ugly tragedy by pulling the trigger! "these women aren't gang affiliated!" w/what evidence? tattoos?not even close! so, no it isn't an organization 4 u info.
> but, why does god seem 2 take good people away? the enemy is always out stealing souls, & hopefully this Jung father may be reveled by Jesus one day! we need 2 improve and start loving people not killing, that's is so UN-human.
i think when u kill u have lost every right as a person & if he knew what he did. i am sure he knew the consequences! that is why we should make an acknowledgment that bucio is humble woman. maybe is time 2 think, hopefully that every mother that is mess with unfound evidence, should be re-investigated? it's so confusing to every one i guess at this point?

O.M.G... i can't believe that some people in here are like so nosy, burnouts, just pointing fingers at people and talking about this crime like if you were there and you know what exactly happened. But the thing that bothers me the most is about the nosy and burnouts people. I mean seriously, you don't need to know what kind of car lissette drives, if she is pregnant, what checking cash place does she owned, if she had money problems, or who is with who, who is related, or nosy questions like that. But one thing is being nosy, but why you got to burnout people like that for..?? I mean that is personal things that don't matter on this case, all it matters is what was the reason to do it, who did it, how did it happened, and why did it happened..?? The personal info don't matter for the case or mostly burning them out with people you don't know. If they didn't write about this in the article is for a reason. Am I right or am I wrong..?? All I hope is that everything clears up soon and all the innocent people get to go back to their families. It s**ks seeing lissette's and jeffrey's kids all sad. I just can't picture lissette being able to do something like that she is such a wonderful, care giver, lovable, sweet, nice, kind, and hard working mother. That is why I believe in my cousin that she is innocent. If by any way she was involved in it, it's not cause she did it or she planned it. Is cause she got set up. Just cause jeffrey and lissette are related and by the way they are not cousins lissette is jeffrey's aunt for that person that has the wrong info about them. Anyways, just cause they are related it doesn't mean that she was involved. Jeffrey he might be such a great person, sweet, lovable, nice, sweet, good father, kind, and always joking around. But as much as I hope he had nothing to do with the crime at all, I never know what he could be capable of. Even though he is my cousin and I love him so much and he was by any reason involved in it he has to pay for his lame actions no matter what. But if he is proven innocent they should keep him in there for a year to just think about everything he just went through and all his mistakes he has done and maybe not learned yet, would kinda make him realize and want to change for good and start to man up. About Chrystal Ceja I don't know what to think about her or say. All I hope is that it better not be true what i heard about her of what really had happened cause if it is she would just wish to get life time in there. About the other people that got involved since I don't know them all I hope is that it gets cleared up and be able to go back to their families. FREE MY COUSINS LISSETTE & JEFFREY IF INNOCENT.. =(
p.s and for the STAR27 girl in here. Seriously either get real or just shut it, cause all you're doing is burning out my cousin and being nosy. So stop running your mouth ok.

THANKS TO FAMILY MEMBERS. ITS WHAT U CHOOSE TO DO
AND WE ALL MAKE OUR OWN CHOICES. HER PARENTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HER CHOICES.
