Arrambide looks to expand lead
Ventura's Cory Arrambide is hoping to expand his lead in the ASP North American Pro Junior Series standings at the Oakley Pro Junior beginning Friday in Sea Isle City, N.J.
The event is one of four remaining in the series.
Arrambide, 19, who is the defending champion at Sea Isle, is attempting to win his third title this season.
He won the Billabong Sebastian Inlet Pro Junior and Arnette Pro Junior earlier this year.
Arrambide can also earn more points toward qualifying for the Billabong ASP World Junior Championships in Narrabeen, Australia.
