Morning Report: Clouds and fog to clear

Weather: Low clouds and thick fog reducing visibility around the county this morning are expected to clear to mostly sunny conditions this afternoon in much of the county, the National Weather Service reported.
Forecasters predict high temperatures in the upper 60s at beaches, the upper 90s in valleys and up to 102 in local mountains.
Partly cloudy and windy conditions are expected in the mountains.

Traffic: At 6:47 a.m., the California Highway Patrol was reporting traffic collisions on Laguna Road at Pleasant Valley Road outside Oxnard and on South Mountain Road at Balcom Canyon Road outside Santa Paula.
A vehicle was reported in a ditch in the crash on South Mountain Road, according to the CHP.
