Emergency response is topic of breakfast
Security experts will discuss preparedness in a post-Sept. 11 world during a Corporate Leaders Breakfast event next month.
The breakfast, part of a series offered by California Lutheran University, will be held at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 9 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum.
A panel discussion will feature David Banks, director of the Center for Asymmetric Warfare; Ventura County Sheriff Bob Brooks; Steven R. Chealander, a National Transportation Safety Board member; and Greg Totten, the county's district attorney. Reagan Library Director R. Duke Blackwood will moderate the discussion on security and how public and private agencies should prepare.
The Reagan Library is at 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley. For more information or reservations, call 493-3150.
