It's not too late to take advantage of summer savings and travel packages offered throughout California.

Among them are lower prices, $25 gas cards for staying at selected hotels and inns, and discounts on local attractions. To access the deals, click on http://www.visitcalifornia.com/summerdeals, which is regularly updated and provides links to destinations and accommodations, or contact California Welcome Centers either online at http://www.visitcwc.com or at 13 locations up and down the state (there's one in Oxnard).
