Well Al' Be!
I am overjoyed, and extremely elated, after reading the latest issue of the Breeze, the pride and joy of Mr Sheldon Brown ET AL. In his previous printing Mr Brown had stated that he would not be printing anymore information on the Iraq war unless it was really "monumental". I chided Mr Brown about his choice of words in his article, I mentioned that every death of every American Service person was indeed "monumental". I suggested he apologize to all the relatives of all the Service Personnel that had lost their lives or became crippled in that illegal war. Mr Brown must have taken my chiding to heart.
This issue which I read on July 31, 2008 Mr Brown does apologize somewhat. He made the statement that the prior article was his idea of being "facetious". Great Spin Mr Brown, however once again you have decided to put pen to paper without considering what you are really saying, the Illegal Iraq war with all of it's monumental consequences is not something to be taken lightly and be "facetious" about.
Mr Brown did however confess to one and all, that he certainly was not a writer or a newspaper man at all, he is, in his own words simply an old guy that is stumbling his way through life. I have another suggestion for Mr Brown, at the end of each of his articles he should place a warning: "This Article may contain unthought out wording errors and should be considered Facetious."
