An autopsy on Tuesday confirmed that a woman killed in Oxnard this week was stabbed to death, authorities said.

Tina Fuller, 39, of Oxnard died from multiple stab wounds to the chest, said Deputy Medical Examiner Shasta Gainer.

Fuller was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime in the 2000 block of North H Street at 11:47 a.m. Monday, just minutes after Oxnard police responded to a report of a fight in the area.

Later on Monday, police arrested Gloria Taylor, 30, of Oxnard on suspicion of the killing. She was detained at the scene and was arrested at the Oxnard Police Station after questioning, said Sgt. Kevin Baysinger.

The relationship between Taylor and Fuller remained unknown Tuesday, he said.

In an e-mail, Baysinger declined to comment further on details of the case, saying it was under investigation.

Taylor, who is also known as Gloria Valadez, remained in custody Tuesday in lieu of $500,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court today at 1:30 p.m.

Taylor has had brushes with the law in the past, court records show. She spent brief stints in Ventura County Jail after being convicted of misdemeanor battery in 2002 and misdemeanor petty theft in 2003, according to court records.

Gloria, what were you thinking? Your actions have ruined not only one woman, but two families.

Rest in peace, Tina.

Hi again, this is Tina's favorite Uncle. Thanks to all of you again for your condolences. As my other niece Marshae (Hello Marshae, Love you!)was saying,
People's state of Mind...the world is getting colder and colder...people are taking other people lives like it's just a game. People need to find God and find him now! As I was told, my niece did not know this young lady at all...they were just paying a visit to the house of this women's Uncle.
And Gloria started acting out. We will never really know the story...I know that fights may break out, but to use a weapon is very dirty..
People need to learn to just walk away, it's not worth it. Not just Oxnard needs prayer, but the whole community and world needs it. People, WAKE UP, we've got to change.
Thanks again, from Seattle, Uncle Jeff

My condolences to the family.

To daughterofimmigrant and AnnaWhat,

There are a few black families in Oxnard that are intermarried with hispanic families. She looks biracial to me. Does it matter that she had a hispanic surname?

Tina you will be missed by all of your cousins in Bakersfield and here in Los Angeles. I'm her Cousin Feleicianne, Tina and I was born on the same day and in the same year she would have been turning the Big 40. It makes me said to believe that someone with so much anger could take a persons life such as hers because she was well liked and loved by all who met her.My heart and prayers goes out to her daughter and her grandchild. Cousin you will be missed. Every year I will miss you more during our birthday month knowing that someone took your life anyway before are 40th Birthday.God Bless!!!!!!!

Thanks to all of you for your condolences...I read your emails everyday...finding some kind of understanding to all of this...yes that is true Tina would have been forty this Aug. 17. We thank God for letting her live 39 years. In order to move on for me, I have to forgive who ever was involved in this horrible situation. I'm pretty sure life is not going to be the same for you either. God is a forgiving God, as well as Tina's family. Find God, and find him now. He's the answer. Black people as well as others, Let's learn something from this, Try to avoid altercations, don't put yourself in harms way. "Remember when you're envolving yourself in deep troubles, you're hurting a bunch of people" Fathers, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, childrens.
"Rest In Peace" my sweet niece, we are there for your Daugther and Grandchild that you have left behind" To Oxnard: Thanks, you will not hear from Uncle Jed, I have "Let Go" and "Let God" Peace
