In the second of the three part Answers for Women' lecture series, Connie Larson will explore the causes of anxiety, worry and fear and offer solutions to these problems so that you will have confidence and success in doing something about them.

Is your heart frequently clutched by fear? Does your anxiety render you unable to cope with the moment? Do you have panic attacks or are you guilty of excessive worry? Do you find your relationships, health or sleep being affected? Maybe you have anti-anxiety medications in your medicine cabinet "just in case", or maybe you need them on a daily basis. There is hope! You can overcome your anxieties.

Don't miss this opportunity - register to reserve your seat now (details below). Why not save time and register for the June 26 Super Woman Syndrome' lecture too.

Long-time Conejo Valley resident and pastor's wife, Connie Larson holds a Master's degree in Biblical Counseling, and has over 30 years experience of counseling women.

The Anxiety, Fear and Worry lecture will take place on Thursday May 22, 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm at the Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Rd (use main entrance).
