Suspect arrested with burglary tools
Ventura police arrested a man on suspicion of possessing burglary tools early Saturday, authorities said.
Officers responded to reports of a car burglary in progress in the 1200 block of South Petit Avenue about 12:20 a.m. Saturday, according to the Ventura Police Department.
Police said they found Clifford Charman, 46, of Ventura leaving the area in possession of burglary tools.
Charman was booked into the Ventura County Jail, police said.

whatif , WHY are you bashing my comments???? I haven't bashed yours ! I am having doubts now as to your character.
The alarm went off on the car the cops arrived pulled over a suspicious vehicle who just happened to have burglar tools on them. I would say its a good suspect. You are probably right that no charges will hold........since they didn't find any stolen property.
